I have worked in advertising and design for 12+ years. As an art lead, I've been in charge of the design and development of award-winning product launches, branding and identity, logos, websites, iVis Aids, iPAD/iPhone apps, packaging, and patient education and initiative programs. My position has required frequent client interface, management and delegation to junior staff, photoshoot art direction, third-party outsourcing, and vendor relations. I am a collaborative individual, working well within a team framework as well as independently. I'm able to harness my skills quickly and proactively and I work best under tight deadlines. My skills offer a blend of print and digital capabilities.

In addition to my career in advertising, I also work as an illustrator and graphic designer, beginning my career at the well-known firm of Chermayeff & Geismar. I went on to work on independent assignments at Susan Slover Design, RDA, and Steve Madden, among others. My illustration experience includes creating book covers and hand-lettering for several YA titles for Harper Collins, Dutton Books, Tor Books, and Bloomsbury Press. In addition, I have done an extensive series of illustrations for Amplify, an early literacy company, for their e-games and apps. https://charlottenoruzi-illustration.com/

My personal endeavors include being the co-author and creative director of Urban Iran, a milestone book on Iranian
urban culture and subculture published by Mark Batty Publishers; and self-publishing my children's book,
Grow, Watermelon, Grow.

I have worked on a freelance creative consulting basis for the past 7 1/2 years. My resume can be viewed here.
